The Result

Okay, so this was the best interview I have ever had! It was so relaxed, and went so smoothly! Therefore, I pretty much have a job, however, because they want to make sure I will be a good fit, and they want me to make sure that I will like it there, I have an working interview on Monday! They are even taking me to lunch with the whole staff so we can all interact. This is such a wonderful answer to prayer! Thanks so much for all your prayers!

Oh, get this- for dental conferences, we get to go to the Amyway Grand and stay the night, then Dr. Zick takes us to dinner! AND the whole team has been saving for a cruise, with the money from the sales of bleaching, as long as I am part of the team.. I get to go on a cruise!....oh, and after 6 months of working there, I get free dental work... bleaching ..everything!

Again, thank-you for your prayers.. they have been felt!

The Kitty News

Ceasar is now back at home! We able to pick him up yesterday! On Thursday, it wasn't look'n real good for our little buddy, Cesar. After another bout with cathiderization, my brother in law (who is a vet) still thought Cesar was unable to urinate. However, Thursday evening, as in the words of Neal, my brother in law "he peed like a race horse!" We are very thankful for the urnation of the cat! It's so good to have the little man back at home!

So Much to be Thankful For..

I just want to take a minute and thank the Lord up above for loving us, and providing for us. I look at my home, husband, friends and family and am very thankful for loving me enough to give me such wonderful gifts.

Also, Thank-you Lord, for your gift of enternal life, and for grace and mercy that is renewed each day!

The Cat Update

More drama in the Osbeck household. Ceasar came home Saturday at noon. We were so excitied to have our little buddy home, after a long nap, and a long drink of water, he still could not urinate! He went to the litter box time after time, and NOTHING! Gary and I were both very worried, and not wanting to spend another few hundreds of dollars, Gary called his brother who is a vet. Neal, who has been a vet for 20 yrs or more, was more than willing to help. So, Sunday we made a trip to Mt. Pleasant, and he was able to cathidar Ceasar again. Neal said Ceasar should've been cathidared for at least 3 days with his type of blockage! So, Ceasar will be with Neal until Thursday. We are so thankful for Neal, and his willing to help us!

On a more exiciting note, I put up my Christmas tree. It had been a rough past couple of days, so to cheer me up, I put it up! Gary called in sick today, so he helped. We had fun, and it was great being home with him today.

A Day From H-E double hockey sticks

My Friday was something else! I believe God is testing me, or something. Friday morning, our little Persian Cat, Ceasar was acting strange and meowing like he was in pain. I thought he had a urinary tract infection, so immediately took him in to the vet's office. Come to find out, his uretha was completely clogged, and kidneys were shutting down, and his liver was being effected... we almost lost the little bugger. Therefore, all day we were getting updates from the vet. They finally were able to get in an IV cathiter and were able to flush his bladder and kidneys...so things were look'n up..

In the meantime, Gary came home from work, worried that our boy wasn't going to make it. My friend Sarah, stopped and chatted with me, and we decided all of us were going to dinner. After dinner, we came home, Gary still very distraught over his cat, and were watching a movie. Coco had come into the house, but I thought she might have to go out to go to the bathroom. Well, Gary went to go let her in, and she wasn't there!!! The gate had been left open, CoCo was gone! Gary and I walked the streets of our neighborhood for 2 hrs, no COCO! So, I thought I would call the police, so while they were out patroling, they could maybe keep their eye for our dog. So, I called the police station, and I told the girl coco's description. She put me on hold, she then came back on the line and told me that CoCo had just been picked up by a cop, and they were on their way to bring CoCo home! I never thought I would be that excitied to see that dog! Come to find out, CoCo had picked up a boyfriend, and was at the retirement home, not far from our house, for some treats..

Today, Ceasar is home! His kidneys and liver are fine, but he will be on special cat food for the rest of his life. Coco will be getting a chip implated into her neck so if she gets out again she can be tracked.

I am so glad that It's a new day!! All the animails are home and safe!

Jobwise, I am still waiting for a call from the dental office. Please keep me in your prayers, that I get this job.

"I'll Say a Little Prayer For You.."

Yes, I will say a prayer for all of you.. anytime. And if you could keep this in your prayers I would greatly appreciate it. My friend Donna's sister is a dental hygenist, and her dental office is looking for a full time recptionist. Therefore, I told my resume' into the office, and it was a pleasant experience! It is a very uplifting, postive atmosphere. The manager, Brenda, gave me very positive vibes, and said she would give me a call to set up an interview. To say the least, I am caustiously excitied! I know I would enjoy the interaction with the clients as well as the staff. Please pray that it will pay well too! I am so thankful for the oppurtunity of going in there to drop off my resume! If you would, please keep my in your prayers.

A Change in Plans

Yesterday around 4pm, I got a call, not a good call. I got a call telling me that my assignment with Maximus (the job that I have worked at for the past 8 months) was ended. Appearently, I wasn't the only one. They seemed to think that I was not respectful to management. I still am in shock! I didn't agree with everything that went on, however, I was always respectful while speaking to management! Anyway, I have to beleive that better things are yet to come! Please keep Gary and I in your prayers! God has bigger and better plans for us!

Gary and I are thinking of adopting from Guatamala. So, I have been checking out adoption agencies.. This little girl is 7 months old, and is so beautiful! If we had all our paperwork all ready, Gary and I would make this little girl ours.l (but we don't, so don't get too excitied.)

My Weekend

I was so glad when Friday came around. I felt like I was coming down with a cold all week. I was feeling tired, and just need some rest. Gary left 4am Saturday morning for his guard weekend. So, I slept, and slept until 10am! It felt so good. I woke up, and then started cleaning. I cleaned pretty much all day because my cousin Jeff and his wife Jolene were in town, and we were going out.

When Jeff and Jolene came, and their friends Nina and Phil we headed out for a fun evening. We went to "Cheeseburger in Paradise." After some drinks and dinner, we headed out downtown to a little bar. We danced and carried on, and were home around midnight. It was great to see Jeff again. Jeff is like a brother to me, and has a great sense of humor. Jeff and I also have some weird likenesses. It was so nice to see them again.

Today, I plan on not doing too much. I do need to go to the pet store and get some dog food and cat litter. I also need to go to the grocery store and get a few groceries. I think I might splurge and maybe watch a movie. I ususally don't take the time to watch a movie, but I just might have to today.

I cannot believe that Novemeber is already here. This year has flown by so quickly. With us thinking of adoption, I am so excitied to see what this year has to offer. I am looking forward to being a mother.
